Terms and Conditions

1 You hold the right to commercially reproduce this design.

2 You also release us from any claims made as a result of any copyright infringement.

3 You understand that infringement of copyright is illegal. If you have any doubt as to the legal ownership of a design, you should check with the rightful owner that you are able to use the design before uploading it.

4 You understand that we act under your instructions and are not obligated in any way to check or confirm the legal use of reproducing any designs.

5 You can upload designs in jpeg, gif, png, SVG format, etc.

Custom Design Creation Or Altering of Design

Custom Design Creation Or Altering A Design is  $20. There Are 3 Revisions Allowed. Must Purchase A New Design Creation After 3rd Revisions, Or Customer Can Send A Design Of Their Liking.

Logo Design

1. Once Payment is processed we will start the logo design process

2. You will receive 3 logo design mock images to choose from. (Logo mock designs will have a watermark until a design is chosen).

3. Once your Logo is chosen the watermark will be removed from your design.

4. 3 Revisions can be made to your logo design during the creation process.

This includes the colors, adding images, taking away images, and adding or removing information.

With your first revision, you can change all of the things listed. Once the changes are made and you would like to make further revisions, you will then use your second revision. If you are still unsatisfied with your second revision you will have one more modification to make the changes that you want.

5. Your logo will be released to you after your modifications are complete. 

6. Please be sure to respond to us in a timely manner while we are completing your logo design.

We will save your design for 2 weeks without contact. Please maintain contact us during this process.

We will save your design for 30 days for you to make a decision on modifications.

Designs are automatically deleted after 30 days from completion date. Please contact us before then.

A new design will have to be purchased after the timeframe. 

7. If you are unsatisfied with your third modification you may purchase another custom logo design.

8. There are no refunds on Custom Logos. 

Custom Logo Designs or any custom designs that are created by Black Dtail will be saved in our system for 30 days from the design completion date. After 30 days your design will automatically be deleted from our system. We will save your design for 2 weeks without you staying in contact with us during this process. After 2 weeks your design will be deleted and you will have to purchase a new design.

If you are a business that we are actively working with on a constant basis this does not apply to you.

If your business with us was to cease for any reason. We will hold your design for 60 days after your business has ended with us. 

Wash Instructions

For Longer Lasting Images Please Adhere To Washing Instructions

1. Turn garment inside out when washing it.

2. Turn garment inside out when ironing it. Do Not Iron Directly On Image

3. Machine Wash Cold

4. Do Not Bleach

5. Tumble Dry On Low

6. Do Not Dry Clean
